Production
The tow.:er® bears in year 2006, gathering many local contests and two italian tours feedback, it is re-designed late 2008, tested and come out on early April 2009 with the innovative "space" shape we see now.
Environmental aims
Must be said that the original environmental prevention side of the project has been enhanced at last: the possibility to give the event organizers a further idea favourable in terms of energy balance, respect the equivalent fuel consumption to build launch ramps, found a real enthusiasm among riders who choose more and more the consumer product.
Pro stuff
Today's patented idea and design stuff has unique characteristics in the world:
- Chemical formula - theoretically infinite cycles lifetime (following specifications of manufacturer)
- Scalable upgrade - to range from the most affordable set (handle+cable) to the most powerful one for contests with (handle+3cables)
- Safest concept - co-axial knots at anchor point, retaining rings along the parallel elastic cables, resistant handle
Elastic Compound
Each tower is manufactured in Italy, most of materials satisfy CE requirements even if not required. The most appealing thing is its versatility derived from quality assured. The cable production cycle:
- extrusion
- vulcanization (4 days)
- cut to measure
- knots tightening
- elonging tension test
- quality check, left in tension
Quality
